Roasted Pork Ribs in Honey and Red Wine

These pork ribs are tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The marinade made with honey, garlic, and red wine gives them a sweet and savory taste. Perfect for a special dinner or a weekend treat.

Ingredients:

– 1 kg (2.2 pounds) of pork ribs

– 100 ml (1/2 cup) of red wine

– 2 tablespoons of honey

– 2 garlic cloves, minced

– 1 teaspoon of salt

– 1 teaspoon of pepper

– 1 tablespoon of paprika (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, mix the red wine, honey, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Marinate the ribs: Place the pork ribs in a large dish or a zip-lock bag. Pour the marinade over the ribs, making sure they are well coated. Cover and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight for the best flavor).
  3. Bake the ribs: Preheat the oven to 200 °C (390 °F). Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Pour some of the marinade over the ribs and bake for about 45 minutes, turning them halfway through.
  4. Serve: Once the ribs are golden and caramelized, take them out of the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with your favorite side dish.
