Ingredients:
– 500 g (4 medium) potatoes
– 300 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
– 2 eggs
– 200 ml (1 cup) of milk
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions:
- Grate the potatoes: Peel the potatoes and grate them using a box grater. Put them in a bowl.
- Mix the ingredients: Add the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to the grated potatoes. Mix everything well to make a thick batter.
- Bake: Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Grease a baking dish with oil or butter. Pour the batter into the dish and spread it evenly.
