Slavonian Noodles with Fresh Cheese and Sour Cream

This simple and delicious dish is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. It’s made with homemade noodles (or any pasta you have), fresh cheese, and sour cream. It’s creamy, comforting, and easy to make!

Ingredients:

– 500 g (1 pound) of pasta (preferably homemade noodles, but any pasta will work)

– 300 g (2 cups) of fresh cottage cheese

– 200 ml (1 cup) of sour cream

– 1 tablespoon of butter

– Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, add the hot pasta, butter, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Mix everything well until the pasta is coated in the creamy mixture.
  3. Season and serve: Add a pinch of salt if needed. Serve warm. This dish is best enjoyed fresh, but you can also reheat it the next day.
