– 2 eggs
– Flour for coating
– Breadcrumbs for coating

Instructions:
- Prepare the liver: Slice the pork liver into thin pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bread the liver: Coat each piece of liver in flour, then dip it in beaten eggs, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the liver: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded liver pieces for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
